With a history that includes excelling in elite tennis, conquering triathlons, Ironmans, and mastering Muay Thai over nine years, Peter’s journey has led him to specialize in kettlebell training, where he’s committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Peter’s approach is unique, focusing on prehab and rehab to prevent injuries before they occur, along with tailored strength programs designed for athletes and everyday individuals alike. Frequently Asked Questions

Our eagerly awaited ‘8-Week Kettlebell Program’ is set to kick off on April 22nd, offering an extensive period for participants to engage in regular training and achieve remarkable progress over eight weeks.

We provide flexibility in scheduling your training sessions to accommodate your availability. You have two options to choose from:

  • Option 1: Attend sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
  • Option 2: Opt for sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Regarding the program’s daily timings, we’ve structured 3 distinct time slots to accommodate various preferences and lifestyles.

  • Option 1: Begin your day with energy by joining our 7:15 AM session.
  • Option 2: Opt for a midday workout at 11:45 AM to invigorate your day. Option 3: Choose the 4:00 PM slot to de-stress and recharge in the afternoon.

These options make sure that regardless of your daily routine, you’ll find a time that aligns with your schedule, making it easier for you to commit to and benefit from the program.
